为了巩固与加强成都与珀斯两市间的友好合作关系，澳大利亚珀斯教育推广处与成都市外办共同推出了“我与珀斯合个影”高中生竞赛奖学金计划，赢取赴珀斯两周ELICOS英语游学课程。
凡成都市品学兼优，在校英语平均成绩85分以上的高一、高二在读中学生均可以参加。获奖同学可以在2012年2月赴珀斯游学2周。奖品含：国际往返经济舱机票;10天ELICOS英语课程;14天Home Stay家庭寄宿。

2)2011年9月5日至9日，成都市外办、成都市教育局，PEC珀斯教育推广处对候选前50名学生进行评审、面试及遴选。共同选出10名优秀学生。
3)2011年9月10日，西澳州政府珀斯教育推广处公布10名候获得奖学金名单，并在成都市外办网站上公布。2011年9月10日，由西澳州副州长，旅游部长Dr. Kim Hames为获奖学生颁奖。
