教育理念与时俱进 教育方式因材施教 ——记天行一中全体职工《零零后》观影活动

          有人说,00后个性鲜明,特立独行,希望有更多的关注,但因此也比较盲目,不知道自己真正想要什么;也有人说,00后的孩子更具有创新精神和开放的思想,更加注重德智体美全面发展。天行一中的老师大都是80、90后,学会与00后沟通,该如何去教育这群孩子是每个老师值得深刻思考的问题。因此,10月10日下午,天行一中组织全体职工集体观影大型儿童成长记录片《零零后》,希望老师们能够通过这部影片走进00后的内心,与他们成为真正的朋友。

  Some people say that post-00, they have distinct personality, personal ideas and hope to get more attention,but they lack experience and don't know what they really want. Others say that post- 00 have more innovative spirit and open mind, and pay more attention to the all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty. Most of the teachers in Teensen international School are post-80s and post-90s. They learn to communicate with post-00s. How to educate these children is a question worthy of deep consideration by every teacher. Therefore, on the afternoon of October 10, Teensen No. 1 internatuonal School organized all staff to watch a children's growth documentary film "Post- Zero", hoping that teachers can understand "post- 00" through this film and become true friends with them.

  《零零后》呈现了零零后主人公池亦洋和王思柔的成长故事,刻画出不同时间和不同的教育方式如何给两个孩子从身体到内心带来的成长与蜕变。诚如“并没有一种放之四海而皆准的方法,没有一把钥匙可以打开所有的孩子”,因材施教才是最理想最佳的教育手段。而这也正是天行一中始终坚持的教育理念,天行致力于让每个学生找到自己喜欢并且适合的方向,发挥学生最大的潜力。

  "Post Zero" presents the growth stories of Chi Yiyang and Rose,depicting how different times and different ways of education bring about the growth and transformation of the two children from outside to inside. For example, "there is no method that is suitable for all children, no key to open all children", teaching students based on their situations is the most useful education. 在教育资源愈来愈趋于阶级化的今天,透过这个表象都会发现,所有的成长都大同小异,埋藏在成长路途中的荆棘都似曾相识:在学校受排挤,成绩下滑,老师及父母的不理解,早恋等等。不论是电影中追逐美式橄榄球梦的池亦洋以及在异国求学不断被寄宿家庭“扫地出门”的柔柔,其实所有的成长都是内心与世界的拉扯,被老师批评到流泪,被寄宿家庭不理解,痛苦与眼泪伴随着逐渐苏醒的自我认知更加坚定了梦想的方向。《零零后》透过池亦洋和柔柔的12年间的成长故事似乎在告诉大家,每个孩子都是单独的个体,在尊重个性的基础上,只有不适合与更适合。至于电影中孩子,家长及老师的角色,不管你现在从事何种职业及年龄,电影中的他们是你的影子亦是你将来的镜子。

 

Education resources are becoming more and more classified today. Through this image, we can find that all the growth is similar, and the difficult they meet in the growth are all familiar: being excluded from school, falling grades, teachers'and parents' incomprehension, puppy love and so on. Whether it is in the movies the American football dream in the foreign countries, or constantly being "get out" by homestay, in fact, all the growth is the pull of the themselves and the world, criticized by the teacher to tears, not understood by homestay, pain and tears with the gradual awakening of self-awareness have strengthened the direction of the dream. Through Chi Yiyang's gentle 12-year growth story, Post-Zero seems to tell us that every child is a separate individual, and on the basis of respecting personality, only not suitable and more suitable. As for the roles of children, parents and teachers in movie, no matter what occupation and age you are currently engaged in, they are your future.

 

教育从来都没有趋同性,试想着《零零后》中的柔柔如果按照传统的教育模式随大流的走下去,基于她对于数学的恐惧,不要谈高考,中考都不会取得好成绩。每个人的学习能力和所擅长的领域都不同,在文艺领域获得自信的柔柔,在美式橄榄球中坚定梦想的池亦洋,都选择了不一样的道路,展开着不一样的人生。以后等到我们有了孩子,又会如何践行教育,如何选择,也是看完《零零后》我们需要思考和作出回答。

看到池亦洋写作业的画面的感受:作为老师,我只感受到了在面对学生成绩时的痛苦和失望,却没有去感受他们在面对作业和学习时的痛苦和挣扎。要更深刻地去理解学生,了解他们的问题所在,才能更好地去帮助他们。

影片中两位主人公分别是池亦洋和王思柔,他们从懵懂的童年到找到自己的人生方向并为之努力,成长路上充满的荆棘,也曾无助,崩溃,放声痛哭。但他们也是幸运的,大李老师用不同的方式看待问题和解决问题,在满是挫折的道路上用温暖和爱去帮助他们,在大李老师耐心的陪伴与引导下,他们变得阳光、自信且坚韧。同时我也非常敬佩片中的家长,尤其柔柔的妈妈始终坚信以终为始,希望孩子成为什么样,现在就要给她什么样的引导和教育,把柔柔内在的真正的信念引导出来,让她遵从内心的选择,选你所爱,爱你所选。

 

The two protagonists in film are Chi Yiyang and Rose, who have been unable to understand their childhood, find their own direction of life and work hard for it. They are full of thorns on their way to growing up. They have also been helpless, collapsed and cried out. But they are also lucky. Teacher Dali treats and solves problems in different ways. He helps them with warmth and love on the road full of frustrations. With the patiently accompanied and guided by Teacher Dali, they become active, confident and tough. At the same time, I also admire the parents in the film, especially Rose’s mother who always believes that starting from the end, what kind of guidance and education she wants her children to be, what kind of guidance and education she should give her now, and guide her true belief, so that Rose can follow her inner choice, choose what you love and love your choice.

  影片中这两个孩子走的都不是传统的教育之路,但非常真实。天行一中所提供的也正是有别于传统的教育,就如影片所展示的一样,天行一中坚持成绩只代表一段时间的,人生不可能只有A没有B。在天行,你会发现生活不止是高分,还将拥有自己真正的生活。
